Very easy, they just needed someone to start immediately to help with transitioning. I think my needing to interview in the first place was a misunderstanding because they just made sure I knew Excel and then told me when I should come in to start. I overheard other interviews though because I was working in the HR department and I remember someone being asked, "in hospitality, the customer is always right, but what if the customer is wrong?" I thought it was a very difficult question.
