1- First intro by the Recruitment Company presenting the job offer and initial acceptance to proceed. 2- Screening by HR. 3- Skype Interview with GM. 4- Phone Interview with Regional Dir of Engineering. 4- 1:1 meeting with GM. 5- Offer/Benefits presentation from HR by email. 6- Negotiation, acceptance and signed off. 7- HIRED !
