interview process was very friendly. they made things really easy for me. firstly i had to face an HR personnel from Hilti India. she checked whether I am eligible for the job or not. then I was called for the next round of interview the other day. before that I had to appear for an online IQ, Personality and skill test. the other day three different people interviewed me before I was finally selected.
