I spoke with the recruiter who then set up a Zoom interview. I attended the Zoom interview with 2 supervisors. Within a couple of hours of the interview I was offered the position.

Entrevista
The Intake Interviewer was friendly and professional. She asked all the right questions and did not hesitate to answer all of mine. However, she indicated I would receive benefits, and I do not believe this to be the case. I have yet to formally confirm a benefits package either way, but it is always best to only state correct, applicable information to a prospective candidate.

Entrevista
I was offered via email to do a phone screen where the recruiter asked a few yes or no questions. They were basic questions like "Why Highmark?" "Any CSR experience?" "How did you handle a situation where the customer was upset?" "Why did you leave your last employer?" The recruiter gave a brief overview of the company, what I will be doing, the salary, and my availability. I was offered to come in for a personal interview and hoping for the best.
