I applied online, took the personality test, and then heard back about a month later from a recruiter for the original phone screen. By the time the hiring manager interview was ready to be set up I had to cancel because I had already accepted another offer.

Was hired within 2 weeks over the course of 3 interviews. First interview was a panel with the team and general questions about my experience and how that would relate to the role. Next interviews were with leadership and also recounted my experience as well as seeing if I was a culture fit.
