I worked through an agency and they did a great job of explaining the company vision, what the job would be like. I then interviewed with a couple different managers before finally being offered the position.

was a good hard fought process but all the same very good experience the interviewer had given me her full attention and explained everything in full so that i would have a good understanding of the way things would work
