It was my first interview. The selection process consist of total four rounds. First round was Aptitude and domain test (Javascript, Database, .NET). Next round was communication test. Round 3 was technical interview in which they ask me basic questions related to c++ and database and they also easy ask some easy coding questions which you can answer verbally. Last round was HR round in which the interviewer tells me to introduce myself and ask whether I am comfortable in travelling to Chennai for a period of 6 months for training purpose.
