Applied via company website. Received a call same day from HR with basic screening questions. Was invited to interview the next day (interview took place a few days after). Met with manager and with peer level employees. Basic questions about resume and background, and also a written test to gauge written ability. Follow up interview scheduled 2 weeks later with higher level employees (head of group as well as other higher level staff). Various "fit" questions, much more relaxed than prior round. Received an offer approximately 1 week later.
