Brief phone interview (lady on the phone was super kind), had a one-on-one interview with the district manager who then sent me off for an interview with a branch manager.

Describe a situation where you had to deal with a difficult customer. Why were they unhappy, what steps did you take to take to solve the issue, and what was the end result?
Had a virtual interview set up but the recruiter ghosted me and never showed up to the interview or responded when I reached out. Very unprofessional and horrible experience, would not recommend.

3 interviews, the first interview was a call, the second interview in person, and the third interview was on a call. The third interview had a trap question, aka are you competitive.
Efficient informative and good vibes. Met two different interviews both were very detailed and answered all my questions and listened well. Recommend to job hunters. Mice process and Appreciate the transparency transparency shown.
