Applied online, then went to a job fair and interviewed with the General Manager. Easy process. Received an offer on the spot, pending successful completion of back round and drug test.

Interviewed over the phone. Short and straight to the point. Was able to start in less than a week and required little to no training, essentially training was to highlight things to look for when inspecting a return.

I had the pleasure of attending a face-to-face interview with the customer service team and it was an absolute delight. The experience was both easy and fun, making it a truly enjoyable process. Applied online, recruiter contacted me a few days later looking to talk with me about the position. The recruiter asked me a few basic questions about working in weather conditions and such. I was then scheduled for a face-to-face interview the following day. The in-person interview involved a lot of customer service questions. They want you to smile and be energetic.
