Insanely long interview process for an entry level role. Had to do 4 separate interviews, HR was last and should have been first. Leadership was mostly really nice. You have to supply 5 professional references. Then each reference has to fill out a survey about you and answer open ended questions. Then after they do it, it asks if they want to work there too. I was SO embarrassed. The Client Relations role pays well, however there is a lot of work to do in that department and a lot of escalation calls from clients. In the end it wasn’t for me, but good for someone who wants to get their foot in the door.

Application online. Received email for a virtual video interview - approx 30 min. Conducted on Microsoft teams. Positive experience overall. Asked questions about me as an individual, experiences with Hermes, next steps and benefits.
