I took time to write a cover letter and cater my resume to the job application. Then I took time to create a username and go through all their little questions and hoops even had to do a 1 minute video! Four months later I got a call from a very enthusiastic hr woman from Hermes who asked to interview me. The interview was 1 hour long and after 15 minutes I knew she was doing a trainee interview! I was clearly unimpressed but I kept my professionalism and continued answering her questions. I NEVER received any response from them, not even a rejection email. WASTE OF MY TIME, INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL. Tells you how they treat their employees, like garbage. I know this for a fact.
