      Here’s a sharp but professional version that gets the point across without sounding overly emotional or exposing you to unnecessary risk: Interview process lasted over a month and involved four rounds of interviews. The experience became increasingly disorganized and unprofessional as the process went on. For the final interview, I was told to coordinate scheduling directly with the VP of Stores myself. After providing my availability, I received no response and HR simply instructed me to follow up again. I had to repeatedly go back and forth with the VP before finally getting confirmation. Throughout the process, HR strongly implied that I would be receiving the role, yet continuously pushed back the timeline for a final decision. I was also explicitly told not to worry about concerns raised by the Regional VP regarding the role being based in Miami because the position would remain in New York and report into HR, not regional leadership. Despite this reassurance, I was ultimately told I did not receive the role because the Regional VP wanted the position based in Miami. To make matters worse, references were contacted and a background check was initiated before any conditional offer letter was provided, which raises serious concerns given New York employment law requirements. Overall, this was one of the most frustrating and misleading interview experiences I have encountered. Poor communication, lack of alignment between leadership and HR, and a complete disregard for candidate time made the entire process extremely disappointing.

      Dopo aver inoltrato la candidatura ho ricevuto una mail con il link dove poter svolgere un video colloquio in differita. Il Video colloquio in differita ha avuto la durata di 15 minuti. Cinque domande di cui due in italiano, due inglese è una in spagnolo.
