Went through the screening process with HR. Met at the headquarters in Melville for an on-site interview. Interviewed by two managers about the position and my resume. Went over the position but mostly spoke about behavioral questions. Overall, the interview was comfortable, with minimal stress. They wanted to see that you had the right mindset to adapt to the job, rather than prior work experience. Went back for a second interview to speak with an additional Director.
