1st phase was a phone interview done by the central recruitment team in Bratislava. The second phase was on-site. One full afternoon when we did a several exercises (presentation, comments on some news, and a group dymamic to solve a problem, followed by a presentation). Last has was an interview with the manager of the area I was going to work for.

After sending my CV, I got contacted the same day. However, even after my response it took weeks for them to answer back. I had no feedbacks for weeks even when I reached out for it. Afterwards, there was a 40 minutes teams interview.
