Informal and a panel interview with 5 executives and staff members. A bit intimidating and overwhelming. Required job shadow in the following week and shadowed in several departments. After job shadow, got a call with an offer and start date.

A screening phone interview was done, then an in person interview was done. The interviewer was really nice and friendly. A small talk and an information gathering questions were asked throughout the interview.
