I applied via LinkedIn, talent advisor contacted me to arrange an interview. He asked behavioral questions, asked me details regarding my experience. He was quite friendly and most importantly he arranged a feedback session with me when I asked after I got rejection email. This session was very valuable for me and shows how much company cares even unsuccessful applicants. The company earned my respect big time.
