they asked you to make a recording of yourself that you submit. You had a Unlimited amount of retake and it was four or 5 questions where you get two minutes maximum to answer.

Great! Super straight forward. 1 round - all behavioral. Why hello fresh was asked. Just know your resume and you’ll be good. Also, understand the good industry and what impacts it.

Entrevista
The process was very smooth. First interview with HR to see job match, previous experiences, and motivation. Second interview with hiring manager. Third step was a case test which resembles to everyday tasks. The last step was an interview/chat with someone even more senior than the hiring manager. The purpose of this chat was basically to check cultural fit.
