Very lengthy interview process- too long in my opinion. They make you do an excel test and 3 interviews. 2nd last round was situational questions. For the situational questions you can't really prepare yourself.

Their interview process is very long and the whole process took a month and a half. You go through a phone screen first, then complete a 1hr excel test (using formulas to answer their questions), a culture interview with two people, and if you reach the last round it'll be with two senior level managers. As many others experienced, you'll probably have issues with them ghosting you so make sure you follow back. One thing that is disappointing is that they asked if I wanted feedback after I didn't receive an offer, but when I said yes, they basically ghosted me and never responded. Kind of unprofessional of them to offer and not actually provide. I hope they realize that people take sick days / vacation days from work to do these interviews and not to mention the mental stress from the entire month long process.
