I had a phone interview which was really bad! Hello, girl did not know for which position did I applied. She commented that she had never even heard about my University (which is one of the top ranked in the EU by FT) and obviously had no clue with whom is she talking with. Totally unprepared and unprofessional. I would really like to know how is this company hiring people, because there are not much opening positions on the website, however more employees are coming. This girl is there only one month but position for her working place was never published on linkedin or career website of the company.
