Entrevista
I was asked by HR if I wanted to do a task before talking to her. As I was looking to understand the opportunity better I asked to talk to her first and during that chat she told that I was internally being considered for a position that was different than the one I applied to and that I would have been invited for an interview with a lead.
However, I later received a task that asked me to dedicate about 3-4 hours of my time to understanding the brief and coming up with something that explained how I would approach the problem.
After delivering what requested and having asked in vain for confirmation of the interview I was promised, I received a vague email telling me that they were no longer considering me. When I asked for a more in-depth feedback I was pretty much told that some other candidates provided more detail and that is what they were looking for (not the process/approach apparently).
I find that design challenges that take the form of an homework are much less effective than whiteboard. In this case, it was also a waste of time because the way they treat this step of the process was not transparently communicated....but maybe they don't really have a process as it seems they quickly change their minds and don't keep their words.
The home-take exercise was too long and based on a real company problem. It means, essentially, that applicants are supposed to provide ideas for the company's problem for free. I consider it disrespectful. It is so easy to come up with imaginary exercises to test a candidate's ability.

Entrevista
I was first interviewed by Owen (Talent Acquisition Manager), then I had a nice talk with Jenna and Guilherme (Design Lead) and lastly, by the VP of Design - Jake.

Pregunta 1
The VP Jake asked me how would I take feedback from people such as himself that doesn't' have much experience in illustration or motion, for example. How would I take feedbacks like that?

Entrevista
The Interview process was very transparent. Everyone was helpful and polite.
Stage 1 - I had a call with the recruiter to understand more about the role and its requirements. The recruiter was very friendly and professional
Stage 2 - I was sent a Design Challenge
Stage 3 - After submitting my results for the challenge, I was contacted for a follow-up session with two design leaders in the company. I presented my challenge results as well as one case study for my portfolio.
Stage 4 - I Then had a meeting with a Director of product to discuss more about the role and expectations
Stage 5 - The last session was with the Director of design to understand more about myself as well as Design within HelloFresh.
After this, a meeting was scheduled to discuss an offer. In this meeting, I also got feedback and was able to give my feedback on the process as well.
Overall, my experience was very pleasant, everyone was open, willing to help and very friendly.
