They mostly answered their own questions before I was able to share my answers, and I ended up confirming their answers. The advertised salary was able to be discovered via whatsthesalary.com, but when they discussed salary in the interview they said they would only consider me for half that salary. Unsure if that was specific to me, or if they did not expect candidates to use tools to determine their pay bands and to come prepared to the interview. They also said they would only consider me for a entry-level role, despite almost 3 years of experience in the field.
