Very laid back. More of a get to know you and let you know what you are getting into. It was via blackboard with Grand Valley State University. The interview was very easy and laid back. Definitely wasn't intimidating.

The interview takes place through Grand Valley State University. This is more of a "get to know the job" rather than a formal interview. The individuals that were a part of the meeting were knowledgable and were able to answer any questions I had. There were times that the interviewer did get a bit off topic, however there is a lot of information so staying on track seems as if it would be difficult anyways. They really want to make sure that you understand what you are getting into!
