Had a 45-minute call with the VP of Product & Innovation. She spent most of the time explaining the organisation and we chatted a bit about my experience. I'd say it was pretty casual. The second interview is a case study that you're expected to spend 4-6 hours of your own time on, but to actually do what they're asking takes much longer. The task is broken into two separate parts. Part 1 is essentially a product strategy and roadmap, including GTM and monetisation. Part 2 is a backlog of feature ideas that are prioritised, along with metrics, addressing a problem they actually have. They expect you to organise and present ALL of this in 1 hour. Everyone seemed to enjoy the presentation, I responded to all questions. I was told I didn't get the job because they were looking for someone who had experience working with larger technology teams...something that could have been sorted in the first conversation without having me waste 8 hours of my life.

You join Dermatica as a Product Manager. Your goal is to increase revenue per customer and double the number of monthly orders in the next year. You also realise about 40% of the customers drop their subscription in the first month due to side effects or no impact. How would you go about tackling this goal?

First phase was a video call with the Head of talent then it was another video call with a consultant Product Manager as there were not current product managers in the business. The next round of interviews was an in person interview with other members of the team and then a presentation to the CEO.
