I was referred by recruitment agency. Had first interview with the team leader in a week. Pretty scenario-based technical questions, necessary to do that sort of job. Also was asked some standard questions, such as tell me about yourself. Within a week I was invited for the second interview with the line manager. It was like to be invited to be assessed if I was a good cultural fit for the company. An offer was sent in a week, had to negotiate for a better package and ultimately offer accepted.
