Typical process. Recruiter interview followed by hiring manager, followed by committee, followed by presentation. Everyone was very friendly and for a while I got pretty consistent feedback on the process and next steps up to the point of being told that I'd hear back soon on a final decision. I was very excited about this role as it seemed like a good company and the people I met were great. Unfortunately they just straight up ghosted me after the final step. No rejection email, no notes on my interviews or presentation, just a "we'll get back to you" and then nothing. It was very disappointing. I considered reaching out but I figured this said a lot about the organization.
