I found an open position on their careers page. Two days later, I was contacted by an internal recruiter who asked me some basic behavioral questions. She was extremely friendly and told me about the wonderful benefits of HealthPartners. Two days later, I had an interview with two managers. They had asked me typical questions, "What was your favorite project? What was your least favorite project?" Stuff, like that. They too were very positive, non intrusive and had a nice sense of humor in the interview. Two days later I had a panel interview with 7 people. They ranged from employees at a director level, down to a few developers. Honestly, it wasn't scary at all. They made me feel very comfortable, and I could tell that this team genuinely enjoyed working with each other. They extended an offer to me the day after this interview. So within two weeks of applying online, I had done three interviews, and accepted an offer.
