This was a telephone interview with a NC territory recruiter. the recruiter called and introduced them self and then explained what their company was looking for in an agent. The locations of the company's offices was disclosed. HE/SHE, explained the benefits of being a part of their team, and the jobs requirements, the territory that the agents covers, and the clients who would be serviced.

The interview process was fast-paced and intense, consisting of phone calls, zoom interviews (2), and complex written responses. None of the three different interviewers was a stereotype, all were interesting, human, and seemed genuinely helpful and curious, seemingly rooting for my positive outcome. It was a high-energy and enjoyable experience.
