First a phone call interview then a video interview. After the phone interview, I got an email with a day and time for a video interview. I wasn't asked if that day or time would work. Then I got an email canceling, then another email with a new time, then an email canceling and another email with a new time. I rearranged my schedule and got child care set up and 10 minutes before the interview I got an email canceling it, explaining they couldn't do it and I'd have to reschedule for a different day. When I said I couldn't reschedule for a different day, they suddenly could keep the time and interview started 5 minutes later. Very unprofessional and disorganized. I set aside my whole day for a time that was inconvenient for me to have them tell me it was canceled before actually doing it really made me disinterested. My time is worth something. They are time wasters.
