Entrevista
The very first time when HR called for discussing the opening, she explained about the company and what they are working on in detail. Full interview process was also explained in detail.
There were 2 online exams. First one was coding and second one was aptitude.
After that I was called for first round of technical discussion.
It was by far the most difficult interview I had attended. Interviewer made me design an application over the 1 hour call. At each step she asked me why I decided to go with X and not Y. (Eg: Why did you decide to use an abstract class here over an interface? Why did you use AbstractFactory design pattern?)
Luckily I cleared the interview. Next round was also technical and there were two interviewers. This was relatively much easier.
But I didn't get selected probably because of low feedback from first round interview.
In both the rounds, interviewers and panel came on video (I didn't have to talk to black screen) and hence was an interactive discussion.
Anyway it was an excellent experience.
Kudos to the HR and Technical panel.

recruiter call followed by a hiring manager and then a technical round
Interview focused mainly on past experience, AI adoption, and Core Java.
Unfortunately, the overall interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer joined late, seemed unprepared, and appeared uninterested throughout the conversation. At one point, he even questioned why the company was hiring for the role. Midway through the interview, he turned off his video and went silent for a while, which felt unprofessional.
I also followed up afterward for an update but never received any response. Based on my experience, candidates should manage their expectations before investing too much time preparing specifically for this company.

2 tech started with Basic tech knowledge and then a brainstorming system design stuff. Manager & HR rounds were interactive. You get to know the culture & product at the interview process itself
