Interviews consisted of a short phone interview and then an in-person interviews in the company office. The interviewer was obviously new to the process, so both were incredibly short and required a lot of questions to be asked to have any idea of the company and the job requirements. The job description I was given during the interview was different than the list of requirements and responsibilities that were listed on the posting.
