Spoke with an HR rep first. Subsequently, I had several phone interviews (3) with several people (5) who would be come my teammates. Each phone interview they asked me a lot of questions, very detailed, and related to the specific job I would be doing at Health Catalyst. They were thoughtful questions and the interviewers were great about responding with positive comments and follow-up. I got a good impression of the company by the style of the interviews - smart, serious, and kind.
