I had 3 rounds of interviews that went quickly and the communication was really smooth. They are thorough but respectful of your time. The last interview involved going out to lunch with a few team members which created a relaxing environment in which I could get to know the people I would potentially be working with.

Entrevista
I had 4 different interviews. The first was a phone interview with HR, then a face to face with the Production Manager, then a face to face with the Operations Manager, then another face to face with the Production team. I learned a lot about the company during the process and am very happy with my decision to accept an offer to work for Simplicity by Hayden Homes.

Entrevista
The PA manager called a couple of days after I submitted my online application, resume, and references. I interviewed with her the following week. The Operations Manager met with me for the second stage and I was able to meet a PA and ask questions. Truly a great experience! I felt good about accepting an offer if it was presented. I was happy to see an offer letter.
