Entrevista
Telephone interview, shadowing a staff member and 1-1 interview with presentation. The telephone interview was conducted in a professional manner and took place at the scheduled time. I also was able to go out and shadow a member of the staff team so that I could get a good idea about how other staff members are working and the sorts of things that they are expected to do. I was given ample time to prepare for my 1-1 interview and was very welcomed and felt really relaxed.

Went well, good relevant questions and fair approach with usually two interviewers in relevant positions.
Expected to answer relevant work based questions on experience and industry as well as complete a short and informal micro teach on functional skills. They like to hear about inventive approaches and are keen on those with solid functional skills teaching capabilities.
