Entrevista
You will be called first, then you will receive an initial interview. The interviews are fairly comprehensive in determining your personality, qualifications, as well as your likelihood to perform well in the environment/conditions. If you are liked, you will receive a second follow up interview in which you will be able to meet with management. Overall great experience with the interview. Come prepared.

What is your weakest attribute? What do you need to work on?
The first interview mostly covered the job requirements. Second interview had a few technical questions. The hiring managers were very friendly and wanted to make sure that the candidate can perform the job.

Entrevista
You will get an email from one of the hiring managers. He will set you up a video interview with himself and a fellow support engineer. They are looking for inviduals who see this position as a long term career. Any hint of you saying that you're just looking for a entry level position to get experience is a big NO. They also ask you what are your hobbies. They want to know if you have the same similiraties, likes, and dislikes as their current employees. This company is the number one solidworks reseller so do your homework about solidworks. You will not pass the first interview if you no knowledge of it.
