First interview with HR and a member of the team. The purpose of this one was to check if there was a cultural match between the company and the candidate. The second interview was a technical one, to get a better understanding of the candidate's technical background. In my opinion, they were looking for a more technical profile than an Information Security Manager, the position should be renamed as Cyber Security Engineer or Specialist.
