After speaking with the recruiter, I received an email with a calendar invite to schedule a technical interview. I was told I would receive an email with more context as to the structure of the interview (leetcode-style questions, pair programming, etc). I didn’t ever receive that information so I proceeded with the interview. It was an extremely scattered series of technical questions. I was told it was a “nuts and bolts” portion to access my technical skills, not for understanding my professional expertise and background. The questions asked were not reflective of the qualifications listed for the role and I feel the interview really missed the mark.

Interview process was smooth.
One round technical, one round managerial and one round of principles.
Hiring manager was bit too curious prior to hiring, but that apart things were smooth and professional.

Entrevista
Very lengthy interview process where it was 4 stages. Experience working as DevOps/Cloud Engineer along with handling high priority ticket the technical interview would not be an issue at all. They have a strong urgency of scheduling the interview as early as possible, and I felt the interview experience is rather positive and a great reflection of the culture of the team. There was a bit of a hiccup during my 4th interview where there must've been a miscommunication, where the interviewer did not turn up during my interview, but the team handled it really well with being apologetic and rescheduling the interview as best as possible. Sadly I did not get the offer as I was informed they went ahead with a more fitting candidate. Was told I will get a phone call from the HR to expand on the feedback of my interview, but seems like I won't be receiving such call as it has been long overdue.
