1st round was an online assessment of 30 mcq qns on networking, computer fundamentals, and programming. -They had asked to come to the office for the second technical interview round, and the reporting time was 8:15 to 8:30 AM. I reached there by 8 AM and was one of the first batch of candidates. I have never said this but this was the worst interview experience ever. They said they'd start the interview by 8:30 but eventually started it at 10 They had approximately 6-8 interviewers for 50-60 candidates and the order in which they called the candidates was completely random to my luck I was the last candidate to be interviewed which was done at 4:30 PM. The interviewer was friendly but was scrolling through his phone while asking theoretical questions. I'm certain that he didn't listen to my answers, making it a namesake interview. After waiting for another hour, they conveniently called out the names of those who didn't make it to the next round. The company should have anticipated the number of candidates since they sent out the interview invitations. They should have taken the initiative to distribute the crowd batch-wise over consecutive days instead of herding everyone together like cattles. They expect candidates to be punctual, yet they disregard the candidates' time completely. I have never attended such an unorganized interview in my life. The only positive aspect was that they provided free lunch and snacks, though this came at the cost of the applicants' time.
