This position requires working in each department of Harvey Performance. The screening process was very thorough. The interview consisted of meeting with 6 different people (2 at a time) from various departments to allow for multiple people to provide feedback on your skill sets and fit with the position / company. The overall process took 2 hours, which I had been informed of ahead of time.
