In-person was a 1 hour interview with HR. Surprisingly basic conversation. Followed by a 1 hour interview with program managers and directors, 4 people. Second interview was a 1 hour with entire program (about 10 people). Offer followed thereafter. Little to flexibility from HR in the offer. After pushing and pushing HR offered a 2K signing bonus. Entire process from resume submission to offer took about 6 weeks.
