The interview was very thorough, insightful, engaging and challenging. Relevant questions were asked and it was clear that the site General Manager (Ian Wilmore) was not only very talented and driven but also cared for his team and their happiness. He recognised that happy employees will run through walls for you and ensure that every job/task is completed with a smile and knowledge that everybody is driving toward the same common goal.
