There was a short, multiple choice online test followed by a video interview and then an interview in the Harrods store back office. The video interview was difficult because there was no way to see the questions in advance, the interview at the Harrods Store was a group interview where you sat on a table with 3 other candidates and 1 interviewer. You have to discuss things about Harrods and what the company stands for. Then you proceed to do a short 1 on 1 interview where they ask you questions such as 'give an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer'

it was a video interview, which i always find more difficult than face to face but was surprisingly stress free. A few basic questions about availability etc and then a few about you as a candidate, 6 questions in total
