Basic interview. They call you in if they see you as a good fit and ask you pretty easy questions. Most of the time they're desperate for workers, especially teenagers since they can underwork them without question (because they are still in school). Management does not care about you and the customer is always right no matter what- and trust me, the stuck up pr*cks that shop there take full advantage of this. Honestly it's a good beginner job but don't look at this as a long-term thing kids. Biden 2020

Straightforward process and not too difficult of questions. Went to corporate office, there were several other candidates there to interview as well. All went through interview process around the same time other candidates in separate areas, and then rejoined once interview was completed to start onboarding.

Then In-Person, lasts about 20 minutes
Very casual and conversational.
They ask Basic questions like “Tell me about yourself.”
“How would you handle an unhappy customer?”
“What would you do if an item scans the wrong price?”

Pretty simple and straight forward, the hiring manager was nice. I'm a full time student so it was a low level part time position. If you have even average conversational skills you should be just fine.
