Applied online, hr manager called to set up a interview. She was very professional and nice. I was asked why did I want the work at Harris teeter and about my experience related to the job.
Interview process was fairly easy. Background took about 3-4 days. Training can be done at home and it’s paid. I’m came a great time because I was a good fit for 3 positions and got to pick.

Fairly informal interview, seemed they were in need of several positions quickly. I was emailed about open interviews so I showed up and was hired on the spot for a different job at a different location than the position i applied for. I was pushed through quickly and easily, drug test on the spot. not sure how their typical interviews go but it seemed the other several people that were being hired at the same time also had easy interviews
