Entrevista
I Interviewed here with two editors. It was a pretty quick interview. They asked about what I was reading, why I wanted to work there, and a few situational questions, along with other standard interview questions. They described the job and wanted to make sure I was up for something fast-paced with many responsibilities. It was obvious that they had a lot of candidates they were interviewing.

Three rounds total—HR phone screening, hiring manager, multiple managers. Very straight-forward. No editorial test. Asked questions about my internship experience, favorite authors, and ideal working environment. Very stress-free. Full process was pleasant overall
The interview was really friendly and came in two stages. They asked about experience, education and lots of competency based questions. Asked about experience and included a written task to complete ahead of the interview which was then discussed as a question.
hr screening, next round editors, readers report, then another interview. Typical questions — not extremely difficult, but definitely pays off to research the imprint and its list. Complete that readers report asap!
