Entrevista
1 round of phone interview and 4 rounds onsite each lasting 45 minutes. All interviewers were nice and helped throughout the interview process when stuck with the problem. Problems were typical DS, Algo and Design questions. Founders care a lot about the product and I felt the team/company has great prospects and everyone is committed to making it a success.

Entrevista
As per the recruiter - HM Screen, DSA, LLD, HLD, Final HM. Horrible experience, interviews were rescheduled 7-8 times total, then got paired with interviews not even relevant to the role. The interviewer themselves said that the round will be rescheduled but they just ghosted me. It felt like a cook interviewing for a pizza-making job but being asked how to make noodles instead.
Later got to know that they rejected me in that mismatched round. I guess the recruiter messed up and ghosted me. Total time waste, did not expect such unprofessionalism and disorganised process from Harness.

The interview process was quite bad for the first round itself. It was rescheduled three times, and for the next round, it just kept getting rescheduled. I have not heard anything yet. The process started around Dec-Jan. After Feb, HR ghosted me without any result. I had a very bad experience

Entrevista
The interview process was very smooth and well-structured. It focused strongly on real-life implementations rather than just theoretical knowledge. The interviewers were highly knowledgeable and encouraged in-depth, meaningful discussions. There were two hiring manager rounds—one at the beginning of the process to assess alignment with the company, and another at the end, which was a techno-managerial discussion, one DSA, one LLD & one HLD.
