I attended an open hiring event for a new store opening.I came with my documentation for the right to work in US. I had an interview with someone, then was sent to interview with the store manager for the new store. I was hired on the spot in less than an hour.

Seasonal position, also interviewed for permanent employment, so I spoke with two different store managers. Similar techniques, STAR method for interview questions. The second interview was more thorough. I enjoyed the temporary work and each interviewer acted professionally and well prepared.
