Short phone interview and then invited for an assessment day. Multiple tasks throughout the day and at the end of the day there was a final interview. One task included pitching management on why another candidate should get the role.
Did this last year it was a phone interview then a face to face with many people, consisting of three presentations. Made it to the final round but was not given appropriate feedback as to why they could not progress me. The call was a few days after

quick and efficient - i was kept up to date with the process and never felt like I was in the blue. I was tasked to make a short power point as to 'why me' which wasn't overly time consuming.
