Submitted online application in early February and received the invitation to online assessment after a month. Completed it in a week and then followed up with the HR after waiting for their feedback for another week. And received a short notice three days later saying they had moved forward with other candidates.

No numerical test. Pretty much like the verbal part of SAT. And there are two long personality/fit tests.
