Interview process began with a phone screen with HR / recruiter, followed by a 30-minute logic test, then a market analysis case study exercise, and finally an in-person interview with practice leads
Screening is done by online aptitude test. Then in-person interview with someone from the team you'll be working with. Once they know you have the skills (from the aptitude test), the rest is pretty typical chit chat to make sure you'll get along socially.
Very smooth, asked me to complete an assignment and then a round of interviews with managers. They are also very responsive in getting back and answering questions. I am very pleased with the process.

The interview process was very good and professional. I met with multiple staff members. I learned a lot about the company. I was treated well. I had opportunity to ask questions. I was offered a beverage for a refreshment. We reviewed an interview assignment I did.
